Job Presentation
We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:
Duties
- Responsible & solving for the daily running of the restaurant/ operation all sites
- Be the main interlocutor between Operations, and all support business of retail
- Supervising all contracts, all operations teams on sites and restaurant.
- Supervise Conduct reviewing and upgrading all policy on operation, quality of service and food, constantly review and have in place control systems for cost control management of all budgets for the operations department.
- Ensure that production is cost effective, monitoring efficiency and waste through metrics
- Follow company guidelines for ordering, inventory and budget management, food cost and work closely with HODs to create new product.
- Check quality control & stock update.
- Check food taste and quality of daily meals.
- Check & follow Hygiene, cleanness & tiding standards and oversee corrective actions when requested by QHSE.
- heck maintenance & equipment ( follow up supervisor work).
- Relationship & keep contact with others department such HR department to solve all concern problems related to manager.
- Report to F&B Manager or OM daily basic
- Develop strategies for improving our customers’ experience
- Work with staff for the future needs such as kitchen supplies, goods, and cleaning products.
- Identify methods our restaurant can use to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profits
- Must follow all the rules & regulation by QHSE department
- Report for work in time in proper uniform and well groomed
- Other duties as and when assigned by F&B Manager or OM
Requirements
- Previous Experience as supervisor in F&B restaurant/Industrial environment 2 years minimum.
- Experiences in using Stock Management system.
- Adaptability and desire to grow and to continue to learn in an International Group.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Good communication skill.
- Cashier spot check and observation.
- Problem solving for customer complaint
- Managing staff Roster (Maintenance, Main Kitchen, ) and over view of outlet roster.
- Flexible and able and willing to work extra hours and weekends if need, public holidays and evenings when required to meet seasonal, event and visitor demands.
- Living within reasonable travelling distance to the office/site or new aiport in Phnom Penh.
