Job Presentation
LIVCOMO is an importer of grains, oilseeds, specialty crops, biscuits, and foodstuffs. Our mission is to be recognized by our business associates and competitors as one of the top importers in our area and to ensure that productivity translates into prosperity and growth for everyone involved with our business.
Now we are seeking for a potential candidate to fulfill a position as follow:
Duties
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify market trends and opportunities for growth in the HoReCa sector.
- Build relationship especially with hotels and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to assess their needs and gather feedback.
- Monitor competitors and market conditions to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and promotions with sales efforts.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure offerings meet market demands.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Close sales and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Other tasks will be assigned by Sales Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from any majors.
- Business level of English.
- At least 3 years working experience in F&B field, preferably from Asian/Import food distributor companies and HoReCa sector and at least 1-2 years as Sales Supervisor.
- Experience in handling subordinates.
- Have a good connection with HoReCa sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Be a fast learner, smart & flexible person & team player.
- Know well Microsoft Office, E-mail & Internet, computer.
- Hard working, patient and be able to work under pressure.
- Friendly, morality and high responsible for works.
