Job offer: Sales Supervisor / Manager (consumer Electronics Or Home Electronics) (regional Sales Management)

job Description:

– Lead, support and follow up the Promoter Team
– Provide the timely training on the product knowledge to promoter team on product features and benefits
– Do the Marketing Research on Consumer Electronics Products especially the competitors in the field
– Set up Sales Target, Merchandizing and Promotion
– Coordinate with Store Supervisor and Shop Owner
– Setup sales planning and sales strategies to achieve the monthly and annual sales target
– Do daily, weekly and monthly report to Head of Department in Singapore
– Liaise with the Technical team and warehouse team over the products import and export with good quality with no fragile or damage
– Have the annual meeting with overseas head in Singapore to exchange the conditions of CE sales with other regional countries
– Do other tasks assigned by Management Team

Job Requirement:

– Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Economics, Sales or Marketing
– Good command of spoken and written Khmer and English
– Have at least 3 years’ experience in Electronic Product Sales especially retailed sales management
– Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
– Experience in Product Merchandising and promotion management
– Excellent in market insight research
– Willing to work mobile and monitor each showroom
– Good at reporting on Sales Status
– Good at team management, product training, sales team training and consulting
– Flexible, meticulous, result-oriented and adaptable

– Mobile work or work from home but required to commute each showroom as set
– Working time: 8:00 AM ～ 5:00 PM / Saturday Half Day Work (Working time is negotiable based on hand-on interview) (44 hours per week, 5.5 day per week and 22 day per month)
