Description:

We are seeking a creative and talented individual to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be supporting their senior designers and helping to create visual solutions for the brand. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, good communication skills, and a strong portfolio that showcases their creative ability.

Working conditions:

• Working days: 5 days per week
• Working hours: 8.00 – 17.00 (include 1-hour lunch break)
• Days off: days off (2 days off per week)
• Salary: Based on our policy/ Up to your achievement and contribution
• Pay change: Twice a year (January and July)
• Allowances: Overtime, commuting allowance, housing allowance, seniority payment, learning support, 13-month salary, and so on
• Welfare: NSSF and Medical support by SJH

Duties

• Collaborates with senior designers and related teams to create the hospital’s artwork designs.
• Assists in developing design concepts and ideas for health awareness, medical services, and other hospital activities.
• Creates graphics such as flyers, posters, brochures, posters, and banners.
• Posts content on social media using Facebook and Telegram.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and design quality.
• Develop graphics for digital and print media, including marketing materials, social media assets, websites, and branding elements.
• Maintain and enhance brand identity by ensuring consistency in design across all platforms.
• Revise designs based on manager feedback and ensure timely delivery of projects.

Requirements

• 1 or 2 years of experience
• Portfolio is required
• Fluent in Khmer and good command of English
• Experience using creative Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effect, etc.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
