AJINOMOTO (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD. is the newest company in Ajinomoto Group established in September 1, 2009 according to the law of Kingdom of Cambodia. We currently employed more than 220 staffs in various positions and responsibilities.

Duties

• Lead and oversee the company's R&D activities, including the development of new products, technologies, and processes.
• Manage a team of R&D professionals.
• Develop and implement R&D strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Drive innovation and creativity within the R&D team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and exploration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and integration of R&D efforts.
• Identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in the industry and recommend strategic initiatives to capitalize on them.
• Manage R&D budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Foster partnerships and collaborations with external research organizations, universities, and industry partners to enhance R&D capabilities and accelerate innovation.
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory requirements, and best practices in R&D management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree of business, food science and related field.
• At lease 5 years experience with R&D position.
• Friendly, politely, and honesty
• Good at communicate and problems solving
