Key responsibilities

Desktop Infrastructure Management:

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Provide technical support to end-users via in-person, phone, or remote assistance.
  • Assist with software installations, updates, and patches.
  • Perform hardware upgrades and replacements as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Level 1 Help Desk team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure all desktop systems are secure, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies.

Day-to-Day Support:

  • Provide onsite or remote technical support for end users concerns on equipment, software or systems in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Level 1 Help Desk team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex desktop-related issues.
  • Provide troubleshooting and information to vendor-related activities (data center backup aircon, UPS, Electrical breakers, CCTV, Biometrics) and Operations equipment (IPPhone, projectors, audio system and etc.);
  • Perform hardware and/or software installation, setup, configuration and maintenance for peripherals as needed.
  • Deploy requested peripherals from requesting end user upon notification of IT Admin Officer.
  • Manage video streaming for in-play configure and/or troubleshoot should an issue arise

Vendor Management:

  • Manage vendor relationships for system hardware and software procurement, support, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate vendor interactions, contracts, and service level agreements.

Documentation:

  • Create and update documentation for standard operating procedures and technical guides.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related courses.
  • At least 1 year experience in IT technical support, System Administration and Network Administration
  • Able to communication in English with foreigners
