We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.
As Office Manager and Administrator you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of a small startup company.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Sending expenses, receipts and payroll details to our tax accountants
- Arranging payment of taxes and other outgoings in co-ordination with the accountants
- HR duties such as recruiting, contracts etc
- Maintaining the company handbook and contracts
- Managing the office itself (rent, stationery, snacks, organising office moves etc)
- Organising company activities
- Learning how to use the company's products, and assisting with testing
- Market research as directed by the company's Business Officer and CEO.
- Assisting with client meetings and expo booths
Benefits:
- Flexible daytime hours, 20 hours a week: choose your own schedule as long as it falls inside office hours (Tue-Fri 8:30-17:00). For example, full days Tuesday + Wednesday and a half-day Thursday, or 5 hours a day for 4 days, or something in between.

Requirements:
- Bilingual in at least English and Khmer. The office language is English.
- Ability to use common Windows applications including Word, Excel, and web.
- Experience in any of office admin, taxation, payroll and/or HR.
- Must be self-motivated, and able to work without direct supervision.
