Job offer: Accountant Assistant (3 Positions)

MP Villa is a various home development company established since 2021 which provide home flats in the form of Villa for sale with different projects such as Borey Garden Tangov, Tangov House and Borey Tangov since 2011. Now we are expanding our projects so we need some potential candidates to fulfill the following positions:

Work Locations:  Boeung Trabek Office & Prey Beong Village, Kambol

Duties

• Check and control all receipts and invoices from suppliers.
• Stand by to receive daily income, cash deposit from customers.
• Prepare and booking all income & expense into accounting system (QuickBooks).
• Prepare and make payment to all sub-contractors, labor worker, suppliers and others on time and as requested.
• Keep all important accounting documents in a good manner.
• Facilitating in making a purchase order and follow up with suppliers.
• Other tasks assigned by manager

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree of Accounting, Finance & Banking or related field.
• At least 1year experiences in Accounting role.
• Experience in kind of real estate is a plus.
• Proficiency in using computer (Word, Excel, Quickbook is a plus)
• Effective written and oral communication skills;
• Be honest, friendly, flexible, independent
• Sound decision making capabilities;
