Job Summary: The IT Manager will provide expert guidance on technology strategy, systems integration, and IT governance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management and a proven track record of aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.

Duties

• Develop and implement IT strategies.
• Evaluate existing IT infrastructure and identify areas for improvement or upgrades.
• Oversee IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and budgets.
• Identify potential IT risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the organization’s assets.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats to IT systems and data integrity.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Act as a liaison between IT and other departments, ensuring that technology needs are understood and met.
• Provide guidance and support to staff in utilizing new technologies effectively.
• Facilitate training sessions to enhance IT literacy across the organization.
• Provide training and support to staff on new technologies and systems.
• Monitor IT performance metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on technological advancements and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in IT Management or consulting or advisory roles.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in IT management tools and software.
• Excellent in English speaking and written
