AUPP Technology Center Co., Ltd. (“ATC”) is American University of Phnom Penh’s sister entity. ATC’s vision is to become the launchpad for Cambodia’s entrepreneurs and innovators in digital technology and be the platform for digital, sustainability leadership, and professional skills transformation for Cambodia. To fulfil the current’s need, ATC is looking to hire a Senior Education and Training Development to join the team.

Supervisor: General Manager of ATC

Duties

• Industry-Academia Cooperation: University and Industry Collaboration, Network:
• Establishes and strengthens collaborative relationships between universities and industries.
• Identifies and promotes innovative projects through industry-academia networks.
• International and External Cooperation:
• Collaboration with Domestic and International Institutions, Network.
• Forms and maintains collaborative relationships with various domestic and international institutions. Leverages international networks to advance global projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Innovation Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in open innovation, partnership development, or a related role within technology, academia, or industry collaboration.
• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills to build and maintain effective partnerships.
• Demonstrated project management skills, with experience in managing cross-functional or international projects.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in English and Khmer (both written and spoken).
• Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite).
• Flexible and adaptable to work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
