AUPP Technology Center Co., Ltd. (“ATC”) is American University of Phnom Penh’s sister entity. ATC’s vision is to become the launchpad for Cambodia’s entrepreneurs and innovators in digital technology and be the platform for digital, sustainability leadership, and professional skills transformation for Cambodia. To fulfil the current’s need, ATC is looking to hire a Senior Education and Training Development to join the team.
Supervisor: General Manager of ATC
Duties
- Marketing: Promotion and Management:
- Conducts strategic promotional activities to enhance the organization's brand image and awareness. Manages internal and external communications through various channels and plans and executes events and campaigns.
- Financial Management: Finance, Budget:
- Analyzes and manages the organization's financial status, responsible for budgeting and budget execution. Prepares financial reports and devises strategies to maintain financial health.
- General Administrative Management: Office Administration:
- Supports daily office administration, including document management, scheduling coordination, and internal communication. Ensures smooth organizational operations.
- Facility Management: Office, Shared Spaces, Other Facilities:
- Responsible for the maintenance and management of all facilities within the organization. Aims to optimize space allocation and provide a safe working environment.
- Manage the budget allocated for training programs and resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in administration or office management roles.
- Demonstrated experience in financial planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Proven track record in marketing and promotional activities, including event planning and communication strategies.
- Experience managing office facilities, ensuring both efficiency and a safe working environment.
- Proficiency in English and Khmer (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office Suite) and administrative tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
