Job Responsibilities:
– Maintain relationships with Airline Principals at the level of Regional Manager and Local Station Manager.
– Manage relationships with customers and agents up to the level of Manager and Head of Airfreight.
– Foster relationships with regulatory authorities at the airport and ground handling companies; Custom office.
– Monitor daily cargo operations and ensure compliance with the airline’s specific processes, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
– Track and monitor handling fees, storage fees, and operational costs to ensure efficiency and cost savings for the company, the airline, and the customers.
– Organize regular meetings, training sessions, sharing sessions, and mentorship for PNH’s staff.
– Delegate tasks, monitor, measure performance, and provide timely interaction and explanations to all staff of PNH including Operation and CS.
– Lead the team in participating in company activities such as CSR, sporting days, etc
Qualification:
– Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business administration
– Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
– Proficient in computer skills (Excel; PowerPoint/presentation skills, etc.)
– Preference is given to candidates with certificates from Air Cargo courses (basic, DG, etc.)
– Propose to the Regional Cargo Manager to develop/expand the sales network as well as the sales market
– 5-7 years of experience working in the Air Cargo Industry, including at least 3 years in a supervision position.
Salary
