Job Description:
Ensure Compliance and Regulations:
– Ensuring compliance with Express’s regulations, service standards, and customs requirements.
– Ensuring compliance with VTL’s policies and strategies.
Sales and Business Development:
– Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
– Identify revenue opportunities and develop measures to exploit these opportunities.
– Visit clients and potential clients (including local/global freight forwarding companies) to evaluate needs or promote products and services
– Work with clients on credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
– Develop and maintain relationships with partners, including carriers and VTL’s business partners.
Operations and Product Management
– Organize and develop products into the market
– Overseeing the day-to-day operations on behalf of Express in PNH station.
Team Leadership and Management:
– Lead the whole Sales team to deliver excellent customer service through engagement, motivation, coaching, and leadership.
– Training for new staff if required.
Business Expansion and Strategic Planning:
– Keep an open mind to new ideas and ways of conducting business while focusing on the company’s goals and business plan.
– Collect air/Express shipment data to provide market intelligence reports to VTL GM /Station Manager on a weekly and monthly basis.
– Participate in business development activities including but not limited to: Budgeting, Business projection
Job Requirements:
A. Qualifications and experience
– Experiences in Express service/Airline/Sale Logistics
– Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese is an advantage and local language.
– IT literacy (MS Office).

– Must be able to lead staff and provide guidance and direction
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
– Ability to troubleshoot performance and lead process improvement.
– Be skilled in interpersonal communications, leadership, delegation, collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
– Strong client management skills and negotiation skills.
– Excellent analytical and financial skill
– Monday to Friday + Saturday (half day)
– Working time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; lunch Break 12:00 PM-1:00 PM
