Shin Yeong Project Management (SYPM) was established in 2011, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, has all the qualifications for consulting services in Vietnam, and has experience in project management services for multiple projects in Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand and Korea.
Since its establishment, SYPM has grown while meeting the various needs of customers throughout the construction industry. To do so, we have engineers and team members with experience in carrying out various projects. Currently, about 50 employees, including engineers with project experience in Vietnam or outside Vietnam, work under SYPM's name. They hold qualifications not only in Vietnam, but also abroad.
Along with this, SYPM executives and engineers have carried out 18 Grade 1 projects in Vietnam that is total of 7,794 units, and also have a lot of experience in construction projects in Southeast Asia and Korea. All services are provided to customers based on SYPM's professional knowledge in Vietnam.

Duties
- Job Scope(s) :
- Make sure all admin forms are available for all staff to access.
- Check all travel and mission expenses claims are in line with company policy.
- Ensure all staff are ensured with NSSF and they are clearly understanding the benefits.
- Check cash advance and materials purchase request from programs then submit for getting an approval from line manager.
- Keep all filing up to date, on a daily basis, in an orderly manner.
- Ensure all clients contract are kept in orderly, safely and easy to access when requested.
- Support business trip’s logistic booking- fast track; travel arrangements: booking hotel, flight ticket, transportation and other related for guest- staff and expats.
- Adhering with high attention in keeping important documents in a safe place such as Agreement, Company registration letter, Patent, Land Title, tax registration lD, staff contract, rental contract, supplier contract and other official letters.
- Other tasks assigned Admin Manager when necessary
Requirements
- Experience & Qualifications Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in accounting or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Good MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Good mathematic skills and excel spreadsheet
- Skill of critical thinking, problem-solving and communication
- Strong drive for results and effective financial resource management
- Clear communication skills, written and oral, in Khmer, English and especially, Chinese.
- Experience working with real estate or construction/project management company is a plus
- Experience working with Chinese company
- Ability to work under pressure and work as part of a team
- Honest and reliable person
