Requirements
- Educated to Graduation level or equivalent
- Minimum five years work experience in a mid-level marketing role, or at least eight years relevant work experience
- Background in the successful delivery of strategic marketing activities
- Experience in budget management
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated high level written and oral communication skills including the ability to prepare high quality materials and communication products for print and digital media
- Knowledge of contemporary marketing and communication practices and technological environments
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a cross-cultural setting
- High level of personal initiative combined with the ability to work collaboratively with other staff
- Ability to inspire, manage and supervise staff, including the ability to establish priorities and meet competing deadlines
