Through the Mobility Solutions, Fleet management is the latest and very advanced system, fully secured and easy to control fully online and these multi-service cards support the mobility of our business customers nationwide.

In view of supporting its growth in Cambodia, TotalEnergies Marketing (Cambodia) Co., Ltd. is looking for a talented and motivated candidate for the position as follow:

Reporting Line : HSEQ Manager

Duties

  • Develop and implement standard HSEQ system adapted to ONE MAESTRO including creating/updating procedure.
  • implementing standard and maintaining a strong HSEQ culture throughout the company and its subsidiary. These activities involve with regularly updating company tool such as OSCAR, RAMSES, IZI, MX, etc.
  • Collect and record all HSE events including accident, HIPO, near-miss and anomaly. Follow up the actions of those record from reporting to action plan and from action plan to closing out. Register all those data in system tool (RAMSES & Excel) and analysis for improvement action.
  • Support innovation idea to improve HSEQ performance of affiliate including implementing Safety Award and Safety Plus.
  • Join investigation with sites on all accidents or HIPOs to find the root cause as well as setting up action for improvement. It may require travelling to actual event site.
  • Organization/Planning safety inspection tour to site such as Management Safety Tour, Joint Safety Tour, Contract Owner and Spot Check. Follow up those inspection tour reports until all actions are closed.
  • Coordination with site representative on setting up all prevention plans for any projects and routine work including risk assessment, method of operations, emergency and rescue plan, as well as standard practice for all high-risk activities.
  • Coordination with concerned departments and contractors on scheduling HSEQ Audits (MAESTRO, SMT, ICT, etc..), HSEQ event (World Day for Safety, Contractor Day, #SafeDriver, Sustainab’ALL Day, etc…) and other HSEQ meeting (golden rule roll out, COREX, Company Rule gap assessment, etc…).
  • Support and provide technical reference on SEVESO and Non-Seveso site to implement integrity program including downgrade, Management of Change, derogation and emergency (drill and actual). As well as asset integrity and invariance compliance.
  • Support and provide technical reference on road transport (lubricant & white product) and marine transport (Barge & floating unit) including emergency cases such as fire, spill and injury.
  • Support and provide trainings necessary and applicable for staff and contractors.
  • Support security process throughout the company covers all internal staff, visitors, contractor and other applicable stakeholder.
  • Support all activities related to sustainability, CSR, Societal. Coordinate with Purchasing team to purchase items related to HSEQ as well as control those items inventory.
  • Assist HSEQ Manager for all the administrative works, OPEX planning, maintaining all the HSEQ files, and other tasks to be assigned by HSEQ Manager.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent degree related.
  • Experience and knowledge: at least 3 years’ experience related to HSEQ.
  • Skills: Good Project Management Skills, knowledge on Contractor Safety Management, good interpersonal and supervisory skills
  • Languages: Good written and oral English communication skills and in MS Office, Auto CAD, MS Project.
  • Having valid driving license
