Responsibilities:
– Conduct regular visits to prospective and existing customers in the assigned territory.
– Actively promote and sell two-wheeler products to meet monthly sales targets.
– Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of our products.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
– Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
– Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
– Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing activities, achievements, and challenges.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field
– 3-5 or more years of experience in Sales of 2-wheeler or 3-wheeler (Motorbike and tuk-tuk), Automotive, or related fields
– Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the automotive industry
– English Communication is a must – Speaking and Writing
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
– Knowledge of two-wheeler products and the automotive market
– Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
– Basic computer skills for reporting and communication purposes.
