Key Responsibilities:
• Financial Reporting: Make sure monthly and yearly financial reports are completed and submitted on time, following the company requirement and franchisor standards.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Work with department management to create budgets, financial forecasts, and analysis to help reach financial goals.
• General Ledger Management: Keep the general ledger accurate by reviewing journal entries, account reconciliations, and closing monthly activities.
• Compliance and Audits: Oversee all audits, manage compliance with GDT and ACAR, and address any audit findings with corrective actions.
• Cash Flow Management: Plan and monitor cash flow to ensure business operations are supported.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Supervise payments to vendors and collections from customers to keep cash flow smooth.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor your accounting team, focusing on accuracy, compliance, and improvement.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure all monthly tax returns (Inc. Tax on Salary, Tax on SFB, VAT and corporate tax), and Annual Income Taxpayer (TOI) filed correctly and on time.
• Process Improvement: Identify ways to improve accounting processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a main finance contact for other departments and external partners like auditors and tax advisors.
• Additional Tasks: Handle any other finance-related work assigned by the CEO
Job Requirement Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, ACCA, or other relevant professional certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role, ideally in a large enterprise or multinational environment.
• Knowledge of Odoo Systems: Strong proficiency with a software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of local accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory requirements relevant to large enterprises. Skills and Competencies

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting financial data and insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Ethics and Integrity: Demonstrated commitment to upholding high ethical standards, confidentiality, and accuracy in financial reporting.
