The Office Manager will oversee and coordinate daily office operations, ensuring the workplace runs smoothly, efficiently, and aligns with Coco Khmer's mission and values. This role is essential for maintaining organizational effectiveness and supporting staff across departments.
Duties
- Key Responsibilities:
- Internal Streamlining: Assist management and the various departments to keep schedule, enable effective communication and execution of action plans.
- Administrative Management: Handle office administration, including document management, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Office Coordination: Ensure effective coordination between departments, facilitate communication, and manage office supplies and resources.
- HR Support: Assist with onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR functions as needed.
- Operational Efficiency: Implement and optimize office procedures and policies to maintain productivity and quality standards.
- Vendor Liaison: Maintain relationships with service providers, contractors, and suppliers to support office operations.
- Problem Solving: Proactively address office-related issues and find effective solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
