The Marketing & Sale Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of brand development, retail operations, and store management to ensure the successful implementation of brand strategies, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities may include:
Duties
- Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of retail stores, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to brand standards.
- Manage store inventory, including stock levels, replenishment, and merchandising to optimize sales performance.
- Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor store performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and events to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations across all stores.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions.
- Develop training programs for store staff to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular reports on store performance, sales trends, and operational efficiency for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in brand management, retail operations, or store management (Fashion and Luxury brands are preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Knowledge of retail industry trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
