Job offer: Corporate Finance Analyst

Key responsibilities

• Analyze various industries to identify prospective clients/ investment targets
• Understand clients needs and formulate recommendable financing options
• Communicate with existing, prospective clients, investors, and relevant regulators
• Support Corporate Finance Team in conducting comprehensive due diligence (financial, commercial, operational) and produce relevant documents
• Evaluate accounting processes, analyze clients financial statements, and develop valuation models
• Support Corporate Finance Team in deal execution
• Maintain knowledge of the laws and regulations applicable to Investment Banking transactions
• Perform other related tasks required by the Company

Requirements

• University degree relating to the financial sector (Banking, Finance, Accounting or Economics) or an equivalent degree in the financial sector or have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry
• Proficiency in both written and verbal English and Khmer
• Working knowledge of accounting and finance
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Research capability and ability to find insights from analyzing financial statements
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
