Duties
- Supervise the customer service team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, concerns, and feedback from parents, students, and visitors.
- Ensure all communications, both in-person and via phone or Telegram, are handled promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Assist in resolving issues or complaints related to student services, admissions, school activities, or facilities.
- Monitor the flow of incoming communications to ensure timely responses.
- Manage customer service processes, including enrollment inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with event coordination.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and staff to maintain open lines of communication with parents and ensure a positive school experience.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Prepare reports and maintain records of customer service interactions and resolutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, education, business, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, supervisory roles, or school administration.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts with professionalism and discretion.
- Familiarity with school policies and procedures is a plus.
