Job offer: Online Sales (1 Position)

Schedule: Full-time (Monday to Saturday)

Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via voice messaging and phone calls
• Follow up with customers on Messager, Telegram and other social media to ensure the high conversion rate
• Explain our service and product to the customers
• Schedule of customer booking to Google Calendar
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement online promotional campaigns and strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services, as well as industry trends.
• Handle customer complaints and returns professionally and efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• Has confidence in Sales and responsibility on jobs
• Can work under pressure 
• Friendly, kindly, and has a good communication with team work.
• Proven experience in online sales, tele sale, or a related field
• Strong understanding of online sales strategies and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using social media, and sales management software.
