Job offer: Sales Executive

Key responsibilities

Client Acquisition:

• Identify and target potential clients, building relationships and generating new business opportunities.
• Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Proactively address client needs and concerns, providing excellent customer service.

Sales Reporting:

• Track and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports and providing insights to management.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Sales Training:

• Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Share best practices and insights with the sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the business management or consulting industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.

• Proficiency in English and Khmer.

Additional Requirements

• Deep understanding of the Cambodian business landscape and market dynamics.
• Experience in selling business management and tax services.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
