- Leadership and Management:
- Provide overall leadership and direction to the company, ensuring alignment with the CEO's vision and strategic goals.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team across all departments, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Oversee daily operations, including HR, finance, sales, marketing, and administration.
- Delegate tasks effectively and empower team members to take ownership of their work .
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's client base and revenue streams.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Financial Management:
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, ensuring the company's profitability and sustainability.
- Prepare and review financial reports and budgets.
- Manage cash flow and optimize resource allocation.
- Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to the company's operations, including financial, legal, and operational risks.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
