Key responsibilities
- Make a complete annual human resource strategic plan;
- Develop the human resources management system of the group and each branch, including the design of all human resources management systems and human resources work processes.
- Establish the administrative audit management system and design the administrative audit process of the group and each branch.
- Do a good job in reviewing the legal management system and all legal processes.
- Responsible for all specific work arrangements and implementation of the six major modules of human resources of the group.
- Carry out the review and approval of administrative audit work.
- Supervise the work standards of all personnel in the Human Resources Administration Center and train talents in various departments of the company.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in human resources management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as an HR professional
- Proven track record of success in establishing and leading HR functions from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of international HR practices.
- Experience with all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and training & development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a start-up environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Chinese
