Working hour: Full-Time 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM Monday - Saturday (Lunch Break 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM)

Duties

  • Operations Planning and Management:
  • Develop and implement operational plans that align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Manage daily retail operations, ensuring the store and online platform run smoothly.
  • Monitor inventory levels, place orders as needed, and oversee stock control to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment, from customer purchase to final delivery.
  • Coordinate logistics, including supplier management and transportation planning.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead, manage, and support all operations staff, including sales representatives, customer service personnel, and warehouse teams.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and design improvement plans.
  • Organize ongoing training sessions to enhance the team’s skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, ensuring clear communication across departments.
  • Sales and Customer Experience Optimization:
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to plan and execute promotions, discounts, and events.
  • Analyze customer feedback and implement strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Oversee customer service operations, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and high satisfaction levels.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance customer loyalty and retention.
  • Process Improvement and Technology Integration:
  • Continuously evaluate operational processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
  • Integrate new technologies and tools that enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Implement and maintain operational systems for inventory management, order processing, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards.
  • Strategic Planning and Growth Initiatives:
  • Participate in the development of long-term business strategies and operational goals.
  • Explore new business opportunities, such as partnerships, additional sales channels, and product offerings.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at scaling operations, such as expanding to new locations or enhancing digital sales.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to keep the business competitive.
  • Reporting and Communication:
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on operational performance, including sales metrics, inventory levels, and team productivity.
  • Collaborate with different departments to align operational activities with overall business goals.
  • Vendor and Supplier Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to optimize costs while ensuring product quality and timely delivery.
  • Regularly assess supplier performance and explore alternatives when necessary.
  • Risk Management and Compliance:
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the business from potential disruptions.
  • Ensure all operations comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high operational standards.

Requirements

  • REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record in managing day-to-day operations and overseeing processes in retail, import, or fitness-related industries.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing inventory systems and ensuring smooth import processes.
  • Key Skills:
  • Leadership: Ability to manage a team and develop operational strategies that align with company goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to handle day-to-day challenges efficiently.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with different departments, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Experience in handling multiple projects, timelines, and deadlines.
  • Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets, reduce operational costs, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in POS software, inventory management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
