Job Introduction:

Responsible for the entire mobile development lifecycle, from design, development and support SIT&UAT. Daily operation supports and monitoring, troubleshooting to ensure Mobile Banking app is running smoothly 24/7.

Duties

• Design, develop high-quality, scalable, security and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designer to create intuitive user interfaces and deliver optimal user experiences.
• Test solution to ensure the code is correct, fixing ('debugging') errors where it occurs, and rerunning and rechecking the program until it produces the correct results.
• Collaborate with backend developers to design and implement APIs, ensuring smooth integration between the front-end and back-end systems.
• Implement robust security measures to protect user data and ensure app integrity.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for applications.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to Senior developers, promoting code quality and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Prepare development plan, proposal and deliver the same on time for all solutions.
• Develop, maintain, update, and improve existing services, applications, and programs developed in Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, Swift, and Swift UI for Android and iOS by following SDLC standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile development for iOS and Android;
• Experience as a team leader of mobile development for IOS and Android is a plus;
• Strong programming skills in Java, Kotlin, Swift, or Objective-C;
• Experience developing with service APIs (REST, SOAP), and background in OOP programming;
• Able to use source code management tools (SVN, GIT...) fluently and CI/CD processes;
• Experience with native mobile development frameworks and tools (e.g., Android SDK, iOS SDK, Flutter);
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, honesty, a hard-working spirit, integrity, and a collaborative mindset.
