Key responsibilities

• Secure on Time in Full (OTIF) and Quality for SMS and Bulk Production. On-spot factory management and anticipation are key to success.
• Manage all factories to excellence
• Secure material for SMS & bulk through factory management
• Lead product industrialization from order allocation to ok production
• Secure production set-up
• Actively follow-up bulk production
• Secure bulk quality & OTIF with systematic factory management
• Spearhead client satisfaction with high sense of service

Requirements

• Bachelors degree is in Manufacturing, International Trade or Supply Chain. Masters degree is preferred
• Minimum 3 years working experience in merchandising & procurement function. Experienced in sporting goods is preferred
• Experienced in factory management and production milestone management.
• Strong data analysis, process mapping skills and learning ability
• Solid presentation and communication skills
• Team player, open-mind and international way of thinking
• Willing to go for business trip
