Key Responsibilities:
• Marketing Strategy Development:
oCreate and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote furniture products, increase brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition.
• Brand Positioning & Management:
oDevelop and maintain a strong brand presence, ensuring a cohesive brand message across all platforms, including print, digital, and in-store experiences.
• Campaign Management:
oPlan and execute marketing campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand collaborations. Oversee creative direction, messaging, and design elements.
• Digital Marketing:
oLead the digital marketing strategy to enhance online presence and drive e-commerce sales.
• Content Creation:
oCollaborate with design teams to create engaging content, including product descriptions, brochures, catalogs, website content, and social media posts.
• Market Research & Trend Analysis:
oStay informed about industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities. Utilize insights to adjust marketing strategies and product positioning.
• Retail & E-commerce Support:
oWork closely with sales and e-commerce teams to create marketing materials that enhance the customer buying experience both online and in physical stores.
• Partnerships & Influencer Marketing:
oDevelop relationships with industry influencers, designers, and partners to promote the brand through collaborations, events, and social media campaigns.
• Advertising:
oOversee the development of traditional and digital advertising campaigns, including budgeting, creative development, media buying, and performance tracking.
• Trade Shows & Events:
o Manage participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to showcase products and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Performance Metrics & ROI Analysis:
oTrack and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, analyzing key metrics to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
• Budget Management:
oOversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that all campaigns are cost-effective and achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in the furniture, home decor, or luxury retail industry.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in marketing platforms and tools
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and CRM tools.
Communication:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing copy and lead presentations.
Creativity & Design Sense:
• Strong creative instincts and understanding of design aesthetics, with the ability to tailor marketing materials to appeal to a style-conscious audience.
Analytical Skills:
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance, market trends, and customer data.
Leadership:
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external vendors or agencies.
Salary
