Work location: At Lub d Cambodia Siem Reap, located Siem Reap city 

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Cambodia labor law & compliance
• Full knowledge on how to use the government's system (LACMS, FWCMS, SICMS)
• Full knowledge on how to use Google Spreadsheets
• Experience on how to use any Payroll System
• Strong organization & planning skills
• Must have at least 1 year (or more) of experience working in a Coorperate Office & with an International team
• Strong both Khmer & English skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Must have experience overseeing at least 50 crew members
• Open-minded & willing to adapt new environments (working with a young team millennials & Gen Zs)
• Strong & effective communication skills
