First Step Cambodia - Phnom Penh

First Step Cambodia is a unique and specialist NGO project based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, providing a range of support services to boys and young men who are victims and survivors of sexual abuse and exploitation. Help is also provided to families, carers and supporters of boys. The project also provides a range of flexible, high quality, unique and original training opportunities for NGO staff and those working in the fields of social welfare, law enforcement and medical professions that are tailor made for the Cambodian and South East Asian context. Our core areas of strategy relate to Protection &Prevention, Support and Advocacy & Education. First Step also provides support forums and consultancy opportunities for those working with males and carries out research into issues related to sexual abuse and work with boys and men.
