Ideas at Work Organization - Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Ideas at Work (IaW) started its social enterprise in the middle of 2004 and is registered in Cambodia and in the Netherlands. The IaW team, a group of experienced engineers and business people, consists of Khmer and foreign staff with over 20 years of work experience in Cambodia. IaW believes in sharing the experience of implementing ideas and innovations at the same time providing jobs for disadvantaged Cambodians. Profits are invested back into the organisation and 25% goes towards improving the situation in orphanages.
