Pencil Supermarket - Phnom Penh

At the cheese counter the assistant accidentally closed the glass counter cover on my six-year old's head, causing severe bleeding. She did nothing for him. I quickly picked him up and carried him to the check-out calling for a doctor. The staff did nothing, except for the girl who injured him saying 'sorry'.

I laid him on the check-out counter to look at the injury and asked for tissues, tissues, tissues, TISSUES!!! I then received some. I cleaned up the wound, asking for the manager, to be told that in Sunday there was no manager.

I phoned my wife who came to the Supermarket to be told that the assistant who had caused the injury had gone. She was offered a lift to a doctor by one member of staff. This was over 30 minutes after I had asked for a doctor.

My wife and I left with our son. We will never return to any Pencil branch.
