I have rest one year of teaching on 2015-2016 in Siem Reap Province because have sickness and small baby and then i arrived date on june-2016 so i went to Education Youth and Sport in Siem Reap office and i met Mr. Mean Soheang 078 370 144 who is handle to give the form for all the teacher but what he said the policy is should be put form before two months but during that time i have small baby and then i said sorry to him please help me . he said will stop me from a job as teacher and he talked bad attitude to me. He should give me a chance , I saw many teacher give me money for get the form. why? the form have to buy but during that time i dont have money and We are very poor i have small salary. i saw some teacher cam from the far village as them for form for change the school to Teach have to give money first and then the form. I have suggestion Ministry of education and Youth should take action of his attitude. i will not recommend he work for office. I have one baby nearly two year i did not receive money 600,000 Riels yet and i dont know why?? they are always said no have and delay all the time, I recommend money for child birth should automatic to our private account at bank no need to give to office cos they are cut money all the time.
