Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
on March 7th I bought in a book store in Siem Reap a CD called "PINPEAT, Khmer Classiacal Music" produced by Mr. YIL Chanthou and Khmer Nokorthom Development Association paying 6 $. At home in Germany I found out that the CD was emty, no music or anything else was on the CD.
Can you explain the mistake ? Can I get a new CD because I really would like to have the music.
