Review Liers and cheatters

Last week I came to buy the dr dree headphones, beats. They told me that the product had 1 year warranty.
When I oppened the box, the headphones were waisted and broken and it is not possible to listen to music with the cable nor with the bluetooth. I tried to contact them many times and in different ways to change the product or ask for the money but they don't replay. In the apple store they told me that the warranty has aleady expired. I feel cheatted and lied. They have stolen me 160 dolars. They are thiefs.
