Review of CTT Travel & Tours

We booked with this company last week for a trip to Kampot from PP. The experience was horrible and I do not recommend anyone to use this service. To begin with, the location of the place did not show accurately basing on the address they gave us. The service was express, so we understood that departing time was a major concern so left home with plenty of time in advance. The company started calling us, like 10 minutes before when we were looking for the shop (along the Riverside) and instead of helping they shouted in a very rude manner to us at the phone. They did that twice, calling just to put more stress on us and threatening with the fact they will be leaving without us. At last, we arrived at the shop and my friend asked for explanations for that attitude. He was mistreated even worse by the staff at the shop, telling that he shall apoligize for arriving late and for asking for explanations after he was shouted at the phone. My friend had to apoligize to someone he had paid for a service, who did not help him to find the place and that shouted to him at the phone threatening not to allow us in the van.

I really hope no other client has to go through this situation and therefore strongly recommend not to even choose this company.
