Review of CTT Travel & Tours

My wife and I are tourists from the US and we were told that the VIP vans from ctt transportation were reliable. We booked the 9 am van from Phnom Penh to Sihanouk Ville. We were at their bus station at around 8:20 as we were told. We saw a van leaving at 8:50 apparently tha was the 8 o'clock van. Our van arrived at 9:15 they told us it was picking up other passengers. That we were lucky as there would be only 4 passengers on the van. The driver kept picking people up at markets, bus stops, and all kind of places until he filled the van up. The AC is not even working with so many people aboard. We left the city at around 10:25. I do not know at what time we are going to arrive. We're barely out of the city. This is pretty bad service. The lady that runs the bus station is pretty rude, not like most Cambodians, they are usually very nice.
