Review of Fizz Restaurant

Having done their cooking course recently I decided to have dinner at Fizz with 2 friends, and 2 of us decided on the traditional Amok.
It was dry, probably canned fish and cold, except for the bit of sauce on the top. Amok is a lovely dish, and this was really the worse I have had in the 4 years I have lived in Cambodia.
