Job offer: Laboratory Technician (1 Position)

Korean Missionary Society are Non-Profit Organization that mainly help poor and Alienate People in Cambodia. KOMISO Medical Center are the project of Korean Missionary Society that provide general health and dental health for poor people. We are seeking more qualified candidates to join our project for helping poor people have chance to live in quality of life. So, we don’t see only for skills We concern how much love isolated people, and we are not business workplace, so we all help each other non-medical part too.

Schedule: 08:30-17:00 (Mon-Fri)

Location: Tropeang Sala Village, Khan Dangkor, Phnom Penh. (Mobile sometime)

Duties

• Routine work in Blood Analysis Lab: prepare and control automats before sampling (maintenance, calibrations, internal quality control), follow the internal quality controls, know how to recognize a drift of automats, check and prepare patient samples, perform Hematology, Biochemistry, and Immunoserology tests according to good practice (follow the instructions in the quality documents), realize manual techniques.
• Maintain the workstation and the equipment, in particular by carrying out the maintenances, respecting the procedures applicable to the laboratory, participate in the development, implementation and improvement of the laboratory quality system.
• Ensure the implementation of internal and external quality controls.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.
• To Help other non-medical part too.

Requirements

• Sex: Male/Female
• Technical diploma or certificate from institute or university.
• At least 3 years of working experience in related field.
• Willing to work with poor and vulnerable people.
• Organized, methodical and conscientious
• Professional conscience.
• Be responsive during unforeseen situations.
• Competent in English written and knowledge of computer literacy.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, management and peers.
