Duties
- Developing Marketing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across mediums from ATL to Digital, and BTL activities to ensure that products under your category meet growth expectation per sales projection.
- Analyzing market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities in order to identify growth opportunities of the category and gaps of the category.
- Supervising promotional assets advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency of the products under your category.
- Lead creative development, content creation especial to keep up with the trends to gain new users and retain current users.
- Managing product assortment, pricing, promotions, tracking performance in order to optimize marketing budget plan and maximize sales growth.
- Collaborating with various teams, Sales and Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and other external stakeholders to identify and implement new marketing initiatives, activities to keep up with the category
- Evaluating marketing category performance and implementing changes to enhance the overall marketing plan to increase sales online and offline and drive customer loyalty.
- Monitoring category marketing campaign and activities to ensure that the campaigns/projects are keeping up with sales trend.
Requirements
- Preferable bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
- At least 3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising field, preferably in FMCG, Cosmetic industry…etc.
- Strong understanding for cosmetic and beauty industry in Cambodia market, good understanding consumer behavior and retail current trends.
- Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, analyzing data from campaign activities and analyze reporting performance.
- In-depth knowledge of brands management and integrated marketing channels and trends in brand activation.
- Flexibility to adapt to the changing market dynamics, consumer preferences and organizational priorities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Ability to conduct market research and consumer surveys.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excel in data analysis and using office tools like Microsoft word, office, excel.
