Work condition

• Monday-Saturday 08:00am-05:00pm
• PH/AL follow labor law

Duties

• Achievement monthly sales targets across distributors in assigned area
• Coordinate distributors deliver key KPIs
• Closely engage distributor team to land right execution and meet distribution plan across both category lane and channel lane
• Come up with actionable plan to hit distribution target by distributor
• Monitor DT sales team performance to fulfill accurate discipline KPIs
• Ensure completion and fast replacement of DT infrastructure headcounts
• Endorse on team capability development
• Coordinate with distributors and cross functional team to land successful market campaigns to support growth
• Review POSM deployment by DT to ensure effective and correct use by DT sales team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• Minimum 4 years experiences in managing team
• Excellent sales skills with proven track records
• Possess analysis skills
• Experience in building good relationships with retailers, customers, and colleagues
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good leadership and management skills
• Highly self-motivated and self-confident
• Able to travel to provinces
