Work condition

• Monday-Saturday 08:00am-05:00pm
• PH/AL follow labor law

Duties

• Develop HR policies including leave, attendance, and regulation
• Ensure timely staff recruitment
• Lead on employee retention program
• Lead on performance evaluation and bonus policy
• Lead on remuneration plan including payroll and other benefits
• Develop and implement employee welfare programs
• Build collaborative corporate culture in the company
• Develop and endorse employee learning program & evaluation for ongoing capability development
