Work condition

  • Monday-Saturday 08:00am-05:00pm
  • PH/AL follow labor law

Duties

  • Account Management:
  • Support the Modern Trade Manager in managing relationships with key modern trade customers.
  • Ensure the implementation of agreed trade terms and conditions at the store level.
  • Assist in resolving any issues related to deliveries, payments, or stock levels.
  • Sales Execution:
  • Drive sales growth by ensuring product availability, placement, and visibility across all modern trade accounts.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management.
  • Visit stores regularly to monitor in-store execution, stock levels, and promotional activities.
  • Promotions & Merchandising:
  • Coordinate with the trade marketing team to implement promotions, discounts, and special offers in stores.
  • Ensure proper merchandising of products according to planograms and agreed standards.
  • Organize in-store promotions and manage point-of-sale materials.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis:
  • Conduct market visits to assess competitor activities and provide feedback to the sales team.
  • Monitor pricing, product placement, and promotional campaigns in competitor stores.
  • Report market trends and customer feedback to assist in strategic planning.
  • Inventory & Stock Management:
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of products in stores.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery of products.
  • Prevent out-of-stock situations by keeping track of sales trends and coordinating with store managers.
  • Reporting:
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market visit reports, and competitor analysis to the Modern Trade Manager.
  • Track sales performance at the account level and suggest ways to improve efficiency and results.
  • Maintain accurate records of store visits, stock levels, and promotions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
  • Experience working with modern trade channels is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Analytical skills to monitor sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
