  • Monday-Saturday 08:00am-05:00pm
  • PH/AL follow labor law

Duties

  • Pharmacy Account Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy owners, managers, and staff.
  • Act as the main point of contact for product-related queries and support for pharmacies.
  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Drive sales and meet monthly targets within assigned pharmacy outlets.
  • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities by visiting existing and potential pharmacies regularly.
  • Product Knowledge & Training:
  • Ensure pharmacists are well-informed about the company’s products, benefits, and usage.
  • Provide training sessions and product demonstrations to pharmacists and their staff.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on product specifications, safety, and best practices for end consumers.
  • Merchandising & Stock Management:
  • Work closely with pharmacies to ensure optimal shelf space and stock levels.
  • Implement merchandising standards to enhance product visibility and sales.
  • Monitor and manage stock inventory to prevent out-of-stock or overstock situations.
  • Promotions & Marketing Activities:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions, discounts, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in product awareness campaigns and pharmacy-focused events.
  • Analyze promotional performance and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.
  • Product Education & Training:
  • Provide product training and education to pharmacists, ensuring they understand the benefits and proper usage of the company's products.
  • Organize and conduct educational seminars or in-store promotions to increase awareness.
  • Stock & Inventory Management:
  • Ensure optimal stock levels in pharmacies to avoid out-of-stock situations.
  • Collaborate with pharmacies to maintain an attractive product display and ensure the products are easily accessible to customers.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting:
  • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance sales strategies.
  • Provide management with regular updates on sales performance and any challenges faced in the market.
  • Compliance:
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in pharmacy or healthcare sales, with a proven ability to manage relationships and meet sales targets in a retail environment.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, particularly in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • Prior experience in dealing with pharmacies or healthcare professionals is highly preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with pharmacy staff and customers.
  • Strong organizational skills, including stock management and route planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to explain complex medical or product-related information in simple terms.
  • Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
