Job offer: Sales Supervisor General Trade (4 Positions)

We are now looking for qualified candidate to fulfill the position below:

Salary: (Upon negotiation)

Working Time: Mon-Fri (8:00am-5:00pm), Sat: (8:00am-12:00pm)

Duties

• Manage the work quality of the salesman team, including field attachment and daily sales performance.
• Daily stock check, follow up salesman sale route as planned, push sale product mix and sale volume to hit the daily and monthly targets.
• Prepare weekly A&P report, daily sale report, promotion tracking, selling price, and display program.
• Working on activities (Market Activation) and controlling/ leading salesman team to use POSM with quality
• Summary monthly A&P, daily sales report, tracking promotion, display program, and summary POSM.
• Other tasks assigned by the Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor degree majored in Marketing/Sale related or Business
• 2 - 3 years of direct experience in FMCG
• Leadership & management skills, selling skill
• Computer Skill (MS/Excel and Email)
• Good English proficiency
• Able to communicate effectively with different stake holders
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Self-driven and disciplined
