Job Presentation

Samaritan’s Purse International Relief (SP) is a nonprofit, nondenominational, evangelical Christian Organization providing spiritual and physical aid to hurting people around the world. We are seeking one qualified candidate to fill the position below:

The Admin Officer is responsible for keeping the Pailin office running and provide the Administration support to all the projects.

Report to: Admin Coordinator

Contract type: Fixed Specified Duration

Duration: 1 year (Renewable, subject to funding availability)

Duties

  • Maintain buildings (office, staff housing, storage, garden, keys, aircon.​etc.)
  • Update staff list for local authority
  • Stamp and maintain all office administration files and library list update
  • Tracking for office stationaries
  • Making office, IFS, Intern, Apprentice bills payment (electricity, water, trash, hospitality, cleaning etc.)
  • Provide mail and courier services
  • Manage the first aid kits and stock record for all vehicles and motorbikes for Pailin Office
  • Maintain the internet, printers – cooperate with IT technician to provide the good connection for office
  • Manage, schedule office cleaner and control the cleaning performance
  • Cooperate with project staff on review, record and monthly report on vehicle logs, inspection
  • Coordinating travel on hotel, restaurants, vehicle for visitor, donor and staff events as needed
  • Provide refreshments arrangement for Office meetings, trainings other events etc.
  • Other task requirements requested from the line manager

Requirements

  • Commitment to Samaritan’s Purse vision, mission, values, and policies.
  • At least one-year experience in related job
  • Preferred bachelor degree in Business Administration or other equal
  • Strong sense of integrity and honesty
  • Good speaking and written English
  • Good working knowledge of MS-Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Dynamic, flexible, proactive with good communication skills
