Job offer: Community Facilitator

Khmer Enterprise (KE) is hiring many positions to join our growing team and support Cambodia's entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Duties

• Plan, manage and coordinate field-based activities involving with community fisheries in (Kampot, Kep, Koh Kong and Preah Sihanouk)
• Facilitate and arrange field-based activities such as dissemination workshop, training, reporting, and other ad-hoc work when necessary
• Provide technical advice and general support on program implementation to community fisheries and other beneficiaries
• Liaise with local authorities, civil society, development partners and other relevant stakeholders on program implementation
• Communicate and facilitate with central project team to ensure smooth and timely program implementation
• Other tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in working with community fisheries in Kampot, Kep, Koh Kong and Preah Sihanouk
• Bachelor’s degree above natural resource management, environment, rural development related field.
• Must be flexible, willing to perform other duties and, occasionally, irregular hours.
• Fluency in Khmer and working knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Preferably based in Koh Kong or Sihanoukville.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
