Job Duties:
 Managing the organization’s procurement activities.
 Working with other departments to help identify procurement needs and priorities.
 Planning procurement to gain the best value and benefit for the organization.
 Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to meet the organization’s goals.
 Evaluating and selecting suppliers based on criteria such as quality, pricing, and reliability.
 Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing arrangements.
 Managing procurement budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
 Overseeing the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery of goods and services.
 Addressing potential supply chain disruptions or quality issues and ensuring timely and cost-effective
procurement.
 Leading and supervising a team of procurement specialists.
 Continuously improving procurement processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
 Maintain Purchase system and provide monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to the management.

Requirement:
 Must have at least a bachelor’s of business administration, supply chain management, or a related field, or have at least three (3) years of work experience related to product merchandizing.
 Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 Proficiency in cost analysis and procurement forecasting.
 Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
 Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
 Proficiency in using procurement software and systems.
 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
 Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
 Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
 Familiarity with sourcing and procurement tools and technologies.
 Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software.
 Strong understanding of financial principles and budget management.
 Excellent organizational and time management skills.
 Certification in procurement or supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is a plus.
